ABREVIATED RULES
The following are key points taken from the Complete Telegram Group Rules below. It’s your responsibility to know and understand the Complete Rules. This list is provided for reference and as a convenience to our members.
1) Leaders have full authority in the chat. Do as they say.
2) You must be 18 years of age or older to be a member of the chat.
3) Political conversation is prohibited.
4) No visible feces (poop) is allowed in any posted media.
5) Media (pictures/videos) of violence is prohibited.
6) Don’t bring personal problems/drama into the chat.
7) Solicitation is prohibited (except in the Buy/Sell/Trade and Member-Organized Events Telegram topics) without prior approval from leaders.
8) Media (pictures/videos) or art of underage individuals in a sexual scenario, diapers or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
9) Chat membership is restricted to individuals living close to the PDX metro area or those who visit PDX frequently.
10) No NSFW content is permitted in the main chat/topic. Utilize the NSFW topic to post NSFW content.
11) A.I. generated media (art/images/video/etc.) is not permitted in the chat. A.I. accessibility tools are exempt.
12) Links to X (formerly known as Twitter) are not permitted in the chat. This includes reformatting services like fixupx.com.
COMPLETE TELEGRAM GROUP RULES
1) This list of rules is not comprehensive. Thunderpup and the chat leaders may remove content, ban users, or reprimand users at their own discretion regardless of if there is a rule in this list which applies to the specific situation. ALL SITUATIONS ARISING IN THE CHAT MAY BE HANDLED DIFFERENTLY DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE ISSUE. Chat leaders have full discretion on how or if a rule should be applied. Failure to abide by direction given by a leader will result in suspension or banishment.
2) All users of the chat must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are not allowed. Users found to be under the age of 18 will be banished immediately. Upon joining the chat, you will be required to tell a leader your current age. If one or more leaders has suspicion that you may be underage, they may request proof of age in a private message. You will be required to provide a picture of government issued identification proving your date of birth. Only two items must be visible in the picture: your photo, and your date of birth. You may block out any other identifying information on your ID. We will ID members in cases of underage suspicion only, and only if there is a majority vote by the leadership team that circumstances warrant age verification. This is nothing personal, but we have a responsibility to do our best in combating the presence of minors in our chat. Users who refuse to comply with an age verification request will be banished.
3) Do not discuss political subjects. We all have our own opinions about where we stand on several issues, however, this chat is not the place to discuss politics. Please keep the discussion respectful and on-topic. Leaders have full discretion to decide what subjects qualify as political. Failure to abide by this rule will result in suspension or banishment.
4) No visible feces in pictures. We highly encourage you to share diaper pics with us in the NSFW topic (like… we REALLY like seeing your diaper pics), but please don’t post any pics that have feces leaking out of your diaper, or pics of an open diaper with feces inside. We know some folks are into that, but we don’t want to make anyone squeamish. Suffice it to say, what goes in your diaper stays in your diaper. Users found violating this rule will be suspended or banished.
5) Don’t post pictures or video of real life violence. We’re not talking about getting a playful spanking from your caretaker for being a naughty little one. We’re talking about pictures or videos clearly showing someone being physically hurt. We want this to be a welcoming chat, and some members may be sensitive to such content. We’re not against having fetishes for pain and physical punishment, but we don’t want physical harm depicted in our chat. Users violating this rule will be suspended or banished.
6) This is not a therapy center. We all have bad days. We all need to talk to someone and vent once in a while, but this is not the place to rant about how bad your life is and belittle yourself during a bout of self-doubt and depression. If you’re having a bad day, please seek out a friend to message in private. Don’t drag all of your problems into the chat for all to see. If you don’t have anyone to talk to, and you would like to speak to a member of the chat, it’s okay to briefly mention that you’re having a bad day and ask if anyone would be willing to have a private chat with you. Beyond that, please keep personal problems out of the chat. Users violating this rule will be suspended or banished.
7) Except as permitted in the Buy/Sell/Trade topic of the Telegram chat, solicitation in the chat is prohibited. This includes posting links to other chats, posting advertisements for something you’re selling, posting event notices, etc. Any items or services being offered should be posted in the Buy/Sell/Trade topic of the chat. Any member-organized events should be posted in the Member-Organized Events topic. The Buy/Sell/Trade topic is for singular postings of items for sale, postings of items available for trade, or requests to see if anyone else has a specific item you're looking for. Regular, ongoing postings of a business service are prohibited unless approved by leadership in advance. Please contact leadership if you wish to post regular advertisements for your business services. Artists are specifically permitted to post regularly to advertise openings for commissions. Drugs, drug paraphernalia, and weapons are specifically forbidden from being listed in the Buy/Sell/Trade topic. Leaders have full discretion on what can and cannot be posted. The Buy/Sell/Trade topic and Member-Organized Events topic are not for discussion, they're to be used only for postings, and any discussion regarding the posts should be taken to private messaging. Users violating this rule will be suspended or banished.
8) No real life pictures/video or artwork depicting minors in sexual situations involving diapers or otherwise is permitted at any time. Chat leaders have full discretion in determining if they believe an image or artwork depicts or contains a minor. This rule also applies to your profile picture(s). Due to the severity and legality of this issue, violations of this rule will result in immediate banishment.
9) PDX Littles is intended to be a gathering spot for ABDLs, babyfurs, crinklepups, and diaper lovers who are from the PDX area. Members need to be from the State of Oregon or the State of Washington. Individuals outside of that area, but who visit the PDX area frequently may also participate in the chat. Individuals not meeting this criteria will be removed from the chat.
10) The Telegram group utilizes "topics", a feature of Telegram, to provide separate spaces for SFW (Safe For Work) content and NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. The main chat/topic is SFW, and no NSFW content should be posted there whether real or artistic. This includes, but is not limited to; used diapers, exposed genitalia, and sexual themes involving diapers or otherwise. We do encourage things like clean/cute artwork, and pictures of your latest little outfits. Anything may be posted in the NSFW topic so long as it conforms with the rest of the rules posted here. Leaders have full discretion about what qualifies as SFW and what qualifies as NSFW. Users violating this rule will be suspended or banished.
11) A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) or automated bot generated media, including, but not limited to, art, pictures, videos, GIFs, stickers, etc. is strictly forbidden from being posted in the chat. A.I. based accessibility tools are exempt from this rule. Users violating this rule will be suspended or banished.
12) Links to X (formerly known as Twitter) are not permitted in the chat. This includes the domains x.com and twitter.com. It also includes links from domains that act as services to reformat posts on the platform including but not limited to fixupx.com. Violation of this rule will result in suspension and/or banishment.
